Tony Driessen is a senior governmental relations consultant and attorney whose law practice focuses primarily on public policy making and public contracts. Mr. Driessen interacts with the Governor’s office; the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection; the Department of Health Services; the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, the Department of Regulation and Licensing; the Department of Revenue; and other agencies. Clients represented include health care, technology and e-commerce, insurance, bio-tech, chemicals, energy and financial institutions.
Representative matters are:
- Gaining state contracts with various state agencies and the State of Wisconsin.
- Passing various state tax law changes.
- Modifying statutes and administrative rules involving almost all Wisconsin agencies.
- Solving regulatory problems for a wide range of business and professional groups.
Mr. Driessen attended Harvard University’s School of Business. He earned a bachelor's degree in science from Marquette University as well as his juris doctor from Marquette University Law School.
Mr. Driessen has served as a Director of the Second Harvest of Wisconsin food bank; as a director of the Milwaukee Center for Independence; has done pro-bono work for Capital Christian Center (a Milwaukee Inner-City Church and Community Development Corporation); as a former Director of the Easter Seals Society of Milwaukee; as a former Director of the Milwaukee Urban League; as a former Director of Transitional Living Services.
