Brad Hauck is a business and real estate lawyer who advises clients with respect to a wide variety of general and complex matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and development projects, business organization and ownership matters, intellectual property licensing, and all manner of business contracts. With his client-focused approach, analytical skills, and straightforward style, Brad’s clients are assured that their legal matters will be handled with thoughtful expertise, efficiency and practical judgment.

Brad joined Dewitt, Ross and Stevens in 1988 and has been a shareholder in the law firm since 1992. He received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1985. Brad graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota in 1982, where he finished in the top 1% of his class and his honors thesis was nominated for a national award.
