Mr. Schwartz has over 30 years of extensive experience in civil litigation involving jury trials, court trials, arbitration, and mediation. These cases have covered personal injury, product liability, malpractice, real estate litigation and contract and business disputes.
Additionally, Mr. Schwartz represents clients in areas involving collections, real estate transactions, wills, and estates. His objective and enjoyment comes from assisting clients in obtaining fair resolutions and achieving their goals within the legal process.
Mr. Schwartz received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Denver in 1974, and is a 1978 graduate of the University of South Dakota Law School. He stays active in the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers of America, American Association of Justice and the American Bar Association.
When he's not at the office, Mr. Schwartz enjoys skiing, biking, running, and performing on the drums. His passion for downhill skiing led him to volunteer with the National Ski Patrol and serve as the groups legal advisor for the South Central Region in Wisconsin.
