Jeff Goldman is an associate attorney who focuses a significant portion of his law practice on estate planning, trusts, administration, probate, and estate litigation. His experience includes complex wills and trusts, will contests, estate tax and fiduciary income tax planning and analysis, gift tax and generation-skipping tax planning and audits, trust accountings, establishing kinship and heirship, intestate estates, and matters involving estates of resident aliens and foreign nationals in the United States.
In addition to estate work, Mr. Goldman has experience with charitable 501(c)(3) entities, state and federal taxation, commercial litigation, and real estate transactions and foreclosures. He also has lectured on Section 529 College Tuition Savings Plans and other estate planning issues.
An astute student of the law, Mr. Goldman graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he served as managing editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. He also was active with the Moot Court Board, and was a quarterfinalist in the National Products Liability Competition. A native of Washington state, Mr. Goldman is licensed to practice law in Washington, New York, and Wisconsin.
Outside the office, Mr. Goldman is an avid cyclist who explores roadsides and waysides just as easily as he explores all the options that would benefit his clients.
