As an associate attorney, Ms. Diehl practices in the area of civil litigation and has experience assisting in the litigation of intellectual property, real estate and general business matters.
During law school, Ms. Diehl gained valuable experience as a clerk for the Honorable Judge Samuel Der-Yeghiayan in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Building on that experience, she served as a legal intern for the United States Senate, Office of the Legislative Counsel. During this time, Ms. Diehl assisted in drafting legislation for several senators.
Also during law school, Ms. Diehl learned the ins and outs of real estate as a law clerk working with the title insurance division of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois.
A native of Chicago, Ms. Diehl received her bachelors degree from Marquette University in 2002. She received her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2006.
Ms. Diehl is a member of several professional organizations, including the Dane County Bar Association. When not assisting her clients, Ms. Diehl enjoys spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
