Stephen DiTullio brings the same passion he maintains for his beloved Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots to his leadership of our firm as managing partner, and to his clients' legal issues.
Mr. DiTullio concentrates his legal practice on the representation of management in employment matters and litigation, and businesses in consumer protection issues. He provides employment relations counseling regarding all federal and state employment laws, employment handbooks, wage and hour issues, termination and discipline of employees, hiring issues, unemployment compensation, and worker's compensation. Businesses from throughout the United States seek Mr. DiTullio when they need to address consumer protection disputes with the Wisconsin Department of Justice, and the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection.
Mr. DiTullio has represented employers in state and federal courts in Wisconsin, Illinois, Georgia, and California, as well as in various employment administrative agencies. Additionally, he represents businesses in state government procurement disputes.
Mr. DiTullio has written extensively, including for the ABA's treatise on the FLSA, the Wisconsin State Bar's Discovery Law and Practice, and for several publications on a freelance basis. He is an active and well-regarded speaker on all aspects of employment law. Due to his acumen, he has been designated a Madison Top Lawyer (2005, 2007-2009), a Wisconsin Super Lawyer (2005-2010), and a national Best Lawyer (2007-2011). A 1992 graduate from the University of Wisconsin Law School, Mr. DiTullio also has a master's degree in international relations and economics from Syracuse University (1987), and a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Northeastern University (1985).
