Kevin M. Scott, an attorney at our law firm’s Metro Milwaukee office in Brookfield, focuses his practice on representing individuals and small to medium-sized businesses in a variety of matters involving litigation, personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, and employment matters.

Mr. Scott’s experience has enabled him to become a strategic counselor to individuals and small to medium-sized businesses in several areas of law. He has substantial experience litigating cases in both state and federal court, and has obtained favorable results for clients at both the trial court and appellate levels. Kevin has experience handling general litigation matters, personal injury claims, insurance coverage matters, and a variety of employment-related claims. Kevin is also closely involved with his family’s locally-based manufacturing business, which provides him with unique insight in to what businesses truly need from their counsel. Kevin strives to provide top-level representation, as well as communication and efficiency, to all of the clients that he represents.

Away from the office, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing, cycling, cross-country skiing, and playing bass guitar in a band inspired by the Rolling Stones, The Faces, and Big Star.
