DNR Issues Final Guidance on Unauthorized Dams

DNR’s responses to these situations has varied ranging from no action to active enforcement. DNR has attempted to address its inconsistent responses by issuing final guidance regarding its treatment of unauthorized dams on April 3, 2014.
