Wisconsin Adopts Federal Rules Regarding Adult Child Health Coverage

In a two-part process, the Wisconsin legislature has fundamentally conformed Wisconsin’s mandate for health insurance coverage of adult children, and the income tax treatment of such coverage, to the federal coverage mandate and tax rules.
