One of our own attorneys, Wes Webendorfer, an associate in our Madison office, wrote an article for Wisconsin Lawyer magazine called “Challenging a State Agency Regulation” that recently received a special commendation from the State Bar of Wisconsin as one of six top articles published in 2017. The commendation appears in the June 2018 edition of the magazine.

Wes’ article originally appeared in the November 2017 issue of Wisconsin Lawyer and outlines the process and nuances of challenging a state agency regulation in Wisconsin court. The article serves as a guide for business lawyers and their litigation-focused partners across the state for when their clients complain state agencies have reached too far.
