In general, some of her representations have included: preparing formation documents and various agreements for partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations; advising corporations on liability exposure and ways to prevent future lawsuits; reviewing watch reports; analyzing entities for potential trademark infringement and drafting cease and desist letters to infringing entities; preparing mortgage documents, deeds, guarantees, and UCC financing statements; analyzing and revising an employee handbook to comply with mandatory state and federal law, implement important policies, and enhance readability for employees; and representing clients in civil litigation in federal and state courts as well as appellate courts.

When she is not practicing law, Danielle is an active member of the community. She enjoys developing young adults’ basketball skills and coaching youth basketball. She loves boating with her family, indoor and outdoor sports, reading, and traveling.
