Hugh’s representation of clients in family law matters is greatly enhanced by his breadth of experience in other areas of law such as business and business transactions; real estate; and estate planning. He has successfully represented clients in complex family law matters, including child custody and placement disputes; valuation and division of closely-held businesses; and income analysis of self-employed entrepreneurs. He is experienced in representing clients in varied approaches to resolving family law disputes, including collaborative divorce, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
In addition to Family Law matters, Hugh represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, business formations and counseling, estate planning and probate proceedings.
