Notable Representations
- In coordination with DeWitt shareholders and partners Olivia has assisted in litigation matters involving significant electronic discovery issues to achieve effective preservation and production relating to discovery.
- She successfully worked with a DeWitt partner to obtain dismissal of claims by serving a Federal Rule 11 motion on an opposing party in representation of 6-7 individual sales representatives.
- Along with a DeWitt shareholder, Olivia successfully represented a potential beneficiary in an undue influence action against another beneficiary.
